Though it’s far from cold and snowy in Southwest Florida, the Christmas season is a great time of year. It’s a time to celebrate. It’s a time to remember. It’s a time to thank God for His most indescribable gift: His Son, Jesus Christ. We’re celebrating because this gift is what we needed most - a Savior! We remember because we know all too well what Christ saved us from - ourselves! Our lostness. Our sin. Our separation from God Himself.
At this time our whole world is experiencing significant uncertainty, fear, sickness, terrorism and economic turmoil. It’s enough to feel despair and hopelessness. Unless of course, your hope is in God’s gift. This kind of hope runs deep and wide. To learn more, read the Bible.
